This kit contains one vial each of six individual proteins, one vial of the standard mixture (SDS-6H) and a technical bulletin.
Preparation Note
The individual markers must be reconstituted with sample buffer (S3401) at a recommended concentration of 1 mg/ml. The amount of protein per vial for the individual components is between 0.5 to 25 mg and is listed on the label. The mixture (SDS-6H) must be reconstituted with 1 ml of sample buffer.
