Unit Definition
One unit will release 1.0 nanomole of inorganic phosphate from 7-methyl-GTP in 30 min at pH 6.0 at 37 °C. One 7-methyl-GTP unit (pH 6.0) is equivalent to 15 ATP units (pH 5.0).
