description
Polybuffer 74
Application
Polybuffer is used in chromatography reagents and solvents. Polybuffer has been used to develop protocols for typical chromatofocusing experiments as well as to purifiy and characterize β-mannosidases from white rot fungus Phlebia radiata. Polybuffer has also been used to isolate isoforms of apolipoprotein CIII from human serum by chromatofocusing.
