Product PLAK0362, Powered by Bethyl Laboratories, has been pre-qualified for use in proximity ligation assay (PLA®). PLA® technology enables visualization of protein interactions in fixed cells and tissue samples while under endogenous protein expression levels.
The primary-conjugate (direct) method of PLA® requires the use of Probemaker PLUS and MINUS Duolink® reagents and your choice of Detection Reagents. Accessories include Wash Buffers and Mounting Media.
Analysis Note
The antibody for HDAC1 (PLA0134) is used at dilution 1:1,000 and the antibody for KAP1 (PLA0078) is used at dilution 1:1,000 for PLA applications.
Other Notes
