General description

ProteoQwest Chemiluminescent Western Blotting Kit, CPS Substrate, is designed for high sensitivity, low background chemiluminescent detection of as little as 0.06 ng of protein. All of the components of this ProteoQwest kit have been extensively tested and optimized. This kit is designed for 12 mini-gel sized (10 × 10 cm) blots. It is possible to use this kit for as many as 24 blots if half the suggested amount of reagents is used.

Other Notes

Store the reagents as supplied in the kit at 2-8°C, except for the Chemichrome Ultimate, which should be stored in the freezer at -20°C. The unreconstituted packets and reagents are stable for 1 year. Once reconstituted, the Tris-Buffered Saline with TWEEN 20 is stable for 2 weeks at 2-8°C if filtered into a sterile container using a 0.2 μm sterile filter. Once reconstituted, the Tris-Buffered Saline with 3% Milk is stable for 1 day at 2-8°C.
