CDPcholine:1,2-diacylglycerol cholinephosphotransferase (EC 2.7.8.2) is located on the cytoplasmic side of the endoplasmic reticulum, and catalyzes the final step in the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine via the CDPcholine pathway.
