Application
CleanCut Protease can be used to cleave fusion proteins with the specific sequence LVPWELQ↓-E(1).
CleanCut Protease has been used in a study to assess enzymatic cleaning of inorganic ultrafiltration membranes used for whey protein fractionation. Clean cut protease has also been used in a study to investigate immobilized residue-specific endoproteinases for protein sequencing.

Other Notes
One unit will cleave >90% of 100 μg of cleavage control protein in 100 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, in a total volume of 100 μL at 20 °C in 16 hours.
