General description

GrpL is a SH2- and SH3-domain containing adaptor protein that regulates tyrosine kinase signaling in leukocytes. This adaptor protein associates with SLP-76 and subsequently enhances NF-AT activation in T cells. GrpL also interacts with gab-1 . Monoclonal Anti-GrpL/GADS antibody is specific for human and mouse GrpL.

Immunogen

fusion protein expressing human GrpL.

Application

Monoclonal Anti-GrpL/GADS antibody is suitable for use in western blot (0.5-1.0 μg/mL using whole extracts of human Jurkat cells), immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry.

Physical form

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
