Biochem/physiol Actions

PDGFRB (platelet derived growth factor receptor β) acts as a regulator of mesenchymal cells in tumour cells. Upregulation of the gene is observed in gastric cancer, breast and prostate cancers. Mutations in the gene is associated with infantile myofibromatosis.
This antibody reacts to human CD140b (PDGFR-beta) (Platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta).
