Sigma′s blotting kits have been optimized to provide efficient capillary transfers in the shortest possible time. Each kit includes ready-to-use solutions for gel denaturation, transfer and washing. For added convenience precut BioBond nylon membranes and wicking/blotting paper are provided in single use packages.
