PluriSIn #1 is a pluripotent cell specific inhibitor that induces ER stress and apoptosis in hPSC (human pluripotent stem cells). PluriSIn #1 selectively purges hPSCs while saving progenitor and differentiated cells. PluriSIn #1 is an inhibitor of stearoyl-coA desaturase (SCD1).
PluriSIn #1 is a pluripotent cell specific inhibitor.
