UCD38B is a cell permeable inhibitor of intracellular uPA (urokinase plasminogen activator) that is cytotoxic to proliferating and non-proliferating glioma cell lines.
UCD38B is a cell permeable inhibitor of intracellular uPA (urokinase plasminogen activator) that is cytotoxic to proliferating and non-proliferating glioma cell lines. UCD38B induces caspase-independent necrosis in U87 glioma MDA231 breast cancer cells. It appears that the necrotic pathway is mediated by AIF (apoptotic inducible factor).
