General description
Rat IL-17E (IL-17E), is a proinflammatory cytokine member of a six-species family of proteins (IL-17A-17F). Rat IL-17E protein is a homodimer consisting of two 145 amino acids peptides. Recombinant rat IL-17E produced in E. coli is a non-glycosylated disulfide-joined homodimer having a molecular mass of 35.5 kDa.

Preparation Note
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitute the lyophilized product with sterile 10 mM HCl at a concentration of 0.1 mg′s/ml. Further dilutions into other buffers can be made.
