Immunogen

synthetic phosphopeptide derived from a region of human Tau that contains serine 400. The sequence is conserved in many species including mouse, rat, baboon, rhesus monkey, cow, and goat. Mouse, rat, and other species have not been tested.

Physical form

Solution in Dulbecco′s phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), 50% glycerol with 1 mg/mL BSA (IgG, protease free), and 0.05% sodium azide.
