Highly purified nuclear protein from whole tissue homogenates. Useful in electrophoresis, Western blotting, immunoassay, and other applications requiring source-specific, non-denatured protein.
Physical form
0.5 mg protein (approx. 3 mg protein/mL) in a solution containing 20 mM HEPES, pH 7.9, 1.5 mM MgCl2, 0.2 mM EDTA, 420 mM NaCl, 25% glycerol, and a cocktail of protease inhibitor.
