Highly purified cytoplasmic protein from whole tissue homogenates. Useful in electrophoresis, Western blotting, immunoassay, and other applications requiring source-specific, non-denatured protein.
Physical form
3 mg protein (approx. 10 mg protein/mL) in a solution containing 20 mM HEPES, pH 7.9, 1.5 mM MgCl2, 10 mM KCl, 1 mM EDTA, 200 mM sucrose, 10% glycerol, and a cocktail of protease inhibitor.
