General description

Sepabeads® SP-20SS is an epoxy-activated hydrophobic styrene-divinylbenzene polymer resin.

Application

  • Sepabeads® SP-20SS was used as adsorbent for bovine serum albumin on allyl glycidyl ether-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate copolymer using UV-visible spectrophotometry.
  • Sepabeads® SP-20SS was used as column packing material for purification of peptides.
  • Sepabeads® SP-20SS was used to remove active laccase from Heterobasidion annosum.
Polyaromatic adsorbent resin for separation of hydrophobic compounds: small and medium proteins, peptides, amino acids. Excellent for reversed phase applications.

Other Notes

Swelling in toluene = 30%
