General description

This low flow pump is lightweight (4 oz.) and compact (7 in. H) with a flame-retardant case, fitting easily into your shirt pocket. The adsorbent tube connects directly to the inlet of the pump. The PAS-500 sampler is versatile and adapts to fit both 6 mm and 8 mm diameter tubes. The flow range is 5-200 cc/min. An optional low flow adapter enables you to sample at 20 cc/min.

The unit is powered by a convenient, easily replaceable 9-volt battery. A full flow regulation feature provides constant voltage to the pump, even as the battery voltage drops. This sampler is intrinsically safe but not suitable for sampling in explosive environments (NOT EX-Rated). The design features a current-limiting resistor in the battery circuit which prevents danger of short-circuit spark. CE Approved.
