General description
Etridiazole is an agricultural fungicide, which is found to be effective against fungi of the oomycete group. Its mode of action involves the activation of phospholipases in the mitochondrial membranes.
Application
Etridiazole may be used as a reference standard to examine the pesticide residues in fruits, cereals and edible vegetable oils by using routine gas chromatographic method.
