Environmental
Triflumizole is a fungicide used to control fungal diseases on top fruit, grapes and other crops. According to Reg. (EC) No 1107/2009 triflumizole is not approved in the European Union (EU) for use as a plant protection product. Maximum residue levels (MRLs) have been set for triflumizole and the metabolite FM-6-1(N-(4-chloro-2-trifluoromethlyphenyl)-n-propoxyacedtamidine) under Reg (EU) 2018/1516 for various products of plant and animal origin in the range of 0.01 - 1.5 mg/kg. The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.
