Application
Anilofos is an organophosphate herbicide used to control annual grass weeds and sedges in transplanted rice crops. It has a low aqueous solubility and a low volatility. Anilofos is not approved for its use as a plant protection product in the European Union (EU) according to Reg. (EC) No 1107/2009. A default maximum residue level (MRL) has been set acc. to Art 18(1)(b) Reg 396/2005 of 0.01 mg/kg. The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.
