Analysis Note

Four commonly studied proteins were chromatographed using a Proteomics WCX-NP5 column to examine retention time and resolution. It was found that the Proteomics WCX-NP5 column does not resolve the proteins as well as the Proteomics SCX-NP5, strong cation exchange column.
