Valutek 12'' Ambidextrous Powder-Free Nitrile Cleanroom Gloves

VTGNCRB12 is Valutek's 12-inch ambidextrous nitrile powder-free cleanroom glove. It is made from 100% clean, synthetic nitrile polymer and does not contain any rubber latex.

The nitrile glove, with its textured fingertips and beaded long cuff design, ensures outstanding cleanliness and operator dexterity while maintaining exceptionally low levels of particles and extractables. It is packaged in a cleanroom.

Furthermore, all Valutek gloves are thoroughly tested and produced in ISO-compliant facilities, subject to Valutek's inspection and rigorous process control measures to uphold Valutek's quality standards and product specifications.

• Comprised entirely of pure, synthetic nitrile polymer (Acrylonitrile Butadiene)
• Free from accelerators and sulfur
• Measures 12 inches (290 mm) in length and features a beaded long cuff

• Powder-free and subjected to double chlorination, with an 18 megaohm D.I. water rinse

Product Application:

Valutek classifies this product as "Nanotek" in terms of cleanliness level, and recommends it to use for  cleanroom Class 1-10+ (ISO 3-4) critical environment. 

It is highly recommended for various applications demanding an exceptionally clean glove, including but not limited to wafer fabrication, disk drives, semiconductors, biotechnology, non-aseptic pharmaceuticals, and optics.

Product Packaging:

• 100 ea/bag, 10 bags/case, 1000 ea/case.
• The packaging consists of an outer bag that contains an inner bag containing two stacks of 50 gloves each.
• The gloves are packaged with the cuffs on the bottom, thumbs facing inward.
• They are vacuum-sealed, flat-packed, and come with a carton liner for added protection.
