General description
反向T3，也称为rT3或3,3′,5′-三碘-L-甲状腺原氨酸，是甲状腺激素T3的一种生物失活形式，是在体内，特别是在压力期间产生的。在某些情况，如纤维肌痛、肝病和慢性疲劳综合症（CFS）时，更多的rT3会被产生，从而最大限度地减少所需要的甲状腺素（T4）向T3转化。通过LC-MS/MS测量反向T3血清浓度，以监测这些疾病和其他疾病对甲状腺激素水平的影响。
