一般描述

反向T3,也称为rT3或3,3′,5′-三碘-L-甲状腺原氨酸,是甲状腺激素T3的一种生物失活形式,是在体内,特别是在压力期间产生的。在某些情况,如纤维肌痛、肝病和慢性疲劳综合症(CFS)时,更多的rT3会被产生,从而最大限度地减少所需要的甲状腺素(T4)向T3转化。通过LC-MS/MS测量反向T3血清浓度,以监测这些疾病和其他疾病对甲状腺激素水平的影响。
