一般描述

The MAS-100 Sirius® air sampler features a HEPA exhaust filter classified as an ISO 35 H (H13) filter. This filter is constructed from polypropylene and is embedded in a frame made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Its primary function is to prevent the release of contaminants into the cleanroom during the sampling process, particularly when the instrument is transferred from lower to higher-grade cleanrooms.


The Sirius supported by the efficient exhaust HEPA filter operates effectively in both non-controlled areas and cleanroom environments up to grade A (or ISO 5), maintaining compliance with viable and non-viable particle limits. The Exhaust filter is mounted directly at the exhaust of the air path of the MAS-100 Sirius® air sampler. It is recommended to replace the filter on a yearly basis, e.g. during calibration of the air sampler. It can easily be exchanged without the need of any tools.
