General description

透明巯基乙酸盐培养基具有和标准流体巯基乙酸盐培养基（ FTM ）相同的生长促进性能。替代配方带来了额外的视觉清晰度，相比之下FTM 略微浑浊或朦胧。该培养基的组成和生长性能符合欧洲药典（EP）2.6.1、美国药典（USP）71和日本药典（JP）4.06的要求。我们的制造方法确保了我们的培养基的最高质量水平，提高了准确性，并大大降低了错误解释和错误结果的风险。流体培养基的外观为浅黄色的粘稠液体，混悬液中有粉红色环≤1厘米。产品的pH值为7.1±0.2，可在2-25℃下保存12个月。孵育温度在30-35°C之间变化，孵育时间为7-14天。一盒产品包含12瓶100mL培养基。每个瓶子都有一个带隔膜的螺旋盖，从而最大程度减少交叉污染的风险并优化消毒程序。
