General description

生物素是一种双环化合物，广泛存在于食品中。它本质上是动物的重要营养素。
生物素是一种水溶性维生素，在几种羧化酶介导的代谢反应（例如糖异生，脂肪酸的生物合成和氨基酸的代谢）中作为辅酶起作用。
该认证标准物质（CRM）根据ISO/IEC 17025和ISO 17034进行生产和认证。该CRM可追溯来自NMI的原始材料，如NIST或NMIJ。
