抗真菌唑。操作方式：抑制细胞色素 P450 依赖性 14α-脱甲基酶，它对麦角固醇的生物合成至关重要。累积 14α-甲基化固醇更改敏感真菌的膜结构，导致细胞膜通透性改变。也抑制过氧化物酶，导致细胞内过氧化物蓄积。

Miconazole nitrate BP Reference standard, intended for use in laboratory tests only as specifically prescribed in the British Pharmacopoeia.
