Biochem/physiol Actions

可调节细胞对葡萄糖、氨基酸和脂肪酸的摄取、利用和储存,并抑制糖原、蛋白质和脂肪的分解。
由胰岛β-细胞所产生的二链多肽激素。其分子量为~5800 Da。α链和β链是由两个链间二硫键所连接的。α链含有一个链间二硫键。胰岛素可调节细胞对葡萄糖、氨基酸和脂肪酸的摄取、利用和储存,并抑制糖原、蛋白质和脂肪的分解。
