General description

尿囊素，哺乳动物中嘌呤的最终代谢产物，是强极性的两性物质。因其可促进细胞增殖和伤口愈合，尿囊素主要用于保护皮肤。
用于质量控制的药物二级标准品，为制药实验室和制造商制备内部工作标准品提供了一种方便、高性价比的替代方案。

Application

尿囊素(Allantoin)可用作药物标准品，用于通过色谱技术测定药物制剂中的分析物。

Biochem/physiol Actions
