Biochem/physiol Actions
乙胺丁醇对活跃生长的结核杆菌具有抗菌作用。分枝菌酸附着在阿拉伯半乳聚糖的 D-阿拉伯糖残基的 5′-羟基上，并在细胞壁中形成分枝酸- 阿拉伯半乳糖-肽聚糖复合层。乙胺丁醇通过抑制阿拉伯糖基转移酶，特别是分枝杆菌中的阿拉伯糖基转移酶，干扰阿拉伯半乳聚糖的合成，通过干扰分枝杆菌细胞壁中的阿拉伯半乳聚糖的生物合成，并导致细胞壁渗透性增加。
乙胺丁醇特异性抑制分枝杆菌中的阿拉伯糖基转移酶，干扰分枝杆菌细胞壁中的阿拉伯半乳聚糖的生物合成。
