一般描述

山柰酚是一种多酚类抗氧化剂,广泛存在于蔬菜和水果中。它具有二苯基丙烷结构。在许多植物中,它以糖苷形式存在,即山柰酚-3-O-葡糖苷。

应用

山柰酚可用于:
  • 测试其对成骨细胞增殖、迁移及小鼠成骨前细胞系(MC3T3-E1 细胞)中分化的影响
  • 用作玉米烯酮(ZEA)诱导的氧化应激和 HEPG2 细胞中的细胞凋亡的抗氧化剂和肝保护剂
  • 用作一种神经保护剂,以对抗氯化镉(CdCl2)诱导的大鼠海马损伤和记忆缺陷
  • 用作抗炎剂,与芹菜素一起对患有膝关节骨性关节炎的雄性大鼠进行干细胞治疗

生化/生理作用

山柰酚基于其二苯基丙烷基团而具有疏水性。它具有抗炎作用和抗氧化特性,并且可调节促炎酶的活性。山柰酚是一种化学预防剂,对细胞活性具有保护作用。它可调节与细胞凋亡、血管生成、转移和炎症相关的信号转导途径的几个关键要素。
