Biochem/physiol Actions
咪康唑与 14-α 相互作用脱甲基酶,一种麦角固醇生物合成所必需的细胞色素 P-450 酶。麦角固醇的抑制导致细胞通透性增加引起细胞内容物渗漏。咪康唑还可能抑制内源性呼吸,与细胞膜中的磷脂相互作用,抑制酵母菌转化为菌丝形式,抑制嘌呤摄取,干扰甘油三酯和磷脂的生物合成。
