General description

70 kDa
Note: This product is for research use only. It is not manufacured for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans or animals

Product Description: Protein G purified mouse IgG2a, Catalog # 05-253, conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)

Immunogen: GST-fusion protein containing the 2 tandem SH2 domains of human ZAP-70 corresponding to amino acids 1-254
ZAP70, a 70 kDa member of the Syk tyrosine kinase family, plays a central role in lymphocyte activation and development, and is implicated in several immune disorders. Mutations in ZAP70 gene results in a form of Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Syndrome (SCID) in humans. ZAP70 expression also defines a subset of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) in patients with unmutated Ig gene and poor clinical course.

Immunogen

GST-fusion protein containing the 2 tandem SH2 domains of human ZAP-70 correspon-ding to amino acids 1-254. Clone 2F3.2.

Application

Anti-ZAP-70 Antibody, clone 2F3.2, FITC conjugate detects level of ZAP-70 & has been published & validated for use in FC, IC & WB.
Immunocytochemistry:
5-20 µg/mL of a previous lot detected ZAP-70 in Jurkat cells fixed with formaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
