General description
46.61 kDa calculated.
Lysate from B-cells derived from lymphoma patient.
Application
Inhibition Analysis: A representative lot blocked the secretion of CDw75 by activated B cells into the medium. (Erikstein, B.K., et. al. (1992). Eur J Immunol. 22(5):1149-55).
Biochem/physiol Actions
Clone HH2 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects human beta-galactoside alpha-2,6-sialyltransferase 1 (CD75).
Physical form
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgM in PBS without preservatives.
Preparation Note
Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
Analysis Note
Evaluated by Flow Cytometry in Human B lymphocytes.
Flow Cytometry Analysis: 1 µg of this antibody detected CD75/ST6GAL1 in one million Human B lymphocytes.
