Mouse AKR/J T cell lymphoma
This line is a mutant sub-line of BW5147 which was derived from an AKR/J mouse lymphoma. The cells are resistant to 100μM thioguanine and 1mM ouabain. The cells can be used to produce T-cell hybrids.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 1-6x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
SMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 2mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 0.05mM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
