Synthetic peptides with sequence of the human p62c-myc gene product (amino acid residues 408-432)

The antibody recognises the 62kDa protein which is the product of the human c-myc gene. There is no cross reaction with the murine c-myc protein or the chicken p110gag-myc protein.

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
