Nitrate reductase purified from the leaves of 6 to 8 week old spinach plants - Spinacea oleracea l

The antibody specific for NADH nitrate reductase and inhibits the reduction of nitrate to nitrite using NADH as electron donor. It also inhibits the reduction of nitrate using flavin nucleotides (FMNH2 or FADH2) and methyl viologen. The antibody is directed against NADH-NR of mono and dicotyledons.

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
