Biochem/physiol Actions

Rat Y3Ag1.2.3 x Rat DA spleen
The antibody is directed against peribacteroid material from Rhizobium-induced root nodules of Pisum sativum. The antigen is also present on plasma membranes and in the Golgi bodies, but not in endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The antibody also reacts with peribacteroid membranes from nodules of Vicia and lupin.

Preparation Note

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
