CBA mouse thymocytes

The antibody is directed against the A epitope of the mouse L3T4 T cell antigen, the murine equivalent of CD4. Has been used in in vivo depleting and flow cytometry studies. Cambridge Enterprise Reference number AB16: www.enterprise.cam.ac.uk.

RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + 0.05 mM 2-mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 20% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 10⁵ cells/ml. 5% CO₂; 37 °C. Saturation density 9 x 10⁵/ml.
