Subclone of COLO320DM, characterised by marker chromosomes with homogeneously staining regions (HSR) and double minutes (DM) at very low levels.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Will form clusters in suspension.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
