Preparation Note

RPMI 1640 (R0883)+ 2 mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 15% FBS / FCS (F2442).
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; do not over dilute; 5% CO2; 37 °C. Cells show typical lymphoblast morphology, i.e., they grow in large spheroid clumps as well as single cells in suspension.
