This strongly neutralising antibody is directed against human lymphocyte derived and recombinant forms of IFN gamma. There is no cross-reaction with IFN alpha or IFN beta.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37 °C.
RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (heat inactivated)
