The antibody is directed against receptor-linked protein-tyrosine phosphatase (CD45-like PTPase). It specifically stains all leukocytes in Oreochromine fish.

Preparation Note

DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Thymidine (HT) supplement + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 8% CO2; 37°C.
