The Kromasil® Eternity C18 HPLC column was employed to achieve the separation. This method was shown to be efficient, precise, and suitable for pharmacokinetic studies (Liu et al., 2016).

  • Development and validation of stability-indicating assay method by UPLC for a fixed dose combination of atorvastatin and ezetimibe.: The study focused on developing a stability-indicating assay method for atorvastatin and ezetimibe using UPLC. The Kromasil® Eternity C18 HPLC column was critical in achieving the required resolution and sensitivity, demonstrating its role in stability studies of pharmaceutical combinations (Goel et al., 2013).
