Anti O-GlcNAc Transferase (OGT) (SQ-17) recognizes
specifically human, mouse, and rat O-GlcNAc Trans-
ferase. Applications include immunoblotting (110 kDa)
and immunoprecipitation. A 78 kDa fragment

Anti-O-GlcNAc Transferase (DM-17) recognizes
specifically human, mouse, and rat O-GlcNAc
transferase. Applications include immunoblotting
(110 kDa) and immunoprecipitation. Staining of the
fraction was isolated on immobilized protein A.
Anti-Chapsyn-110 recognizes chapsyn-110 protein in
rat by immunoblotting.
Chapsyn-110/Postsynaptic density-93 (PSD-93), a
member of the membrane-associated
localization (nucleoli excluded) of FGFR-3 attributable
to a 110 kDa splice variant, has been reported for
normal and breast cancer cells.17 Deletions of
chromosome 4p encompassing the FGFR
immunoblotting, the antibody detects
bands at 110 kDa and 120 kDa using a whole cell
lysate of 293T cells transfected with the FGFR-3 full
length gene. Staining of the 110 kDa-120 kDa bands is
specifically inhibited
respectively. Similarly, the
AP-2 is made up of two 100-110 kDa polypeptides,
termed α and β2 (formerly β) subunits, F2 (50 kDa), and
σ2 (17 kDa) subunit. α and β2 subunits (α and β2
adaptins) behave
respectively. Similarly, the
AP-2 is made up of two 100-110 kDa polypeptides,
termed α and β2 (formerly β) subunits, γ2 (50 kDa), and
σ2 (17 kDa) subunit. α and β2 subunits (α and β2
adaptins) behave
respectively. Similarly, the AP-2 is made up of two
100-110 kDa polypeptides, termed α and β2 (formerly β)
subunits, Φ2 (50 kDa), and σ2 (17 kDa) subunit. α and β2
subunits (α and β2 adaptins) behave
with
substoichiometric amounts of several other proteins.20,22
Best characterized is the 110 kDa β-COP component
which has homology in primary structure to the
β−adaptin component of clathrin-coated
rabbit serum proteins.
Anti-Protein Kinase D (PKD/PKCµ) recognizes human
and mouse PKD/PKCµ (110 kDa). Applications include
the detection of PKD/PKCµ by immunoblotting and
immunoprecipitation. Staining
