Description
Analysis Note
The BIOshell A160 Peptide CN, with cyanopropyl functional groups, can provide alternative selectivity to a traditional C18 phase. Selectivity using the CN phase is primarily due to hydrophobicity and dipole-dipole interactions. A mixture of six insulin variants was separated using the BIOshell A160 Peptide CN column. Alternative selectivity of the first two analytes is seen using this column compared to the BIOshell A160 Peptide C18.
