Analysis Note
A protein standard was chromatographed on a TSKgel® UP-SW3000, 2.0 μm column and a TSKgel SuperSW3000, 4.0 μm column to compare the efficiency and resolution on the smaller particle size. In comparison to the SuperSW3000 4 μm column, the UP-SW3000 2.0 μm column provides a two fold increase in efficiency.
