General description

Biochem/physiol Actions

在肝损伤、肝硬化、肝炎和其他疾病状态下下,血清亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LAP )活性会增加,因此 LAP 可用作药物引起的肝损伤生物标志物。LAP表达异常会导致肿瘤细胞增殖、血管生成和侵袭,因此也可用作癌症相关的生物标志物。
