原理
ProteoExtract 细胞液/线粒体分级分离试剂盒设计用于哺乳动物细胞，以提取丰富的线粒体和胞质级分，从而用于下游分析，如蛋白质印迹。
制备说明
• 蛋白酶抑制剂混合物: 通过添加250 µlDMSO重溶冻干的蛋白酶抑制剂混合物；使用前要充分混合。分装成小份并储存在-20°C。•1X细胞液提取缓冲液混合物：通过用ddH2O以1：4的比例稀释细胞液提取缓冲液制备1X细胞液提取缓冲液。仅准备测定所需的量（5 x 107 细胞需要1 ml 1X 细胞液提取缓冲液混合物）。在使用前添加2 µl蛋白酶抑制剂混合物和1 µl DTT至1 ml 1X 细胞液提取缓冲液中。•线粒体提取缓冲液混合物：仅准备测定所需的量（5 x 107 细胞需要100 µl 线粒体提取缓冲液混合物）。在使用前添加2 µl蛋白酶抑制剂混合物和1 µl DTT至1 ml线粒体提取缓冲液中。
储存及稳定性
收到货后将试剂盒的全部内容物存放在-20°C。初次使用后，将缓冲液存储在4°C，将DTT和蛋白酶抑制剂混合物存储在-20°C。
